The Navigator's Assistant Displays an accurate range to destination even beyond 999 sectors. Let's you know if you've failed to enter destination coordinates. Indicates if your inertial drive and energy bias are properly set for long trips. When the range to your destination is greater than 10 sectors, it gives estimated time en route and required fuel. When traveling via standard propulsion, you get an AVL speed readout in sub-sectors per hour. To use: 1. Insure you have .NET Framework 4 or higher (a free DL from Microsoft) installed on your computer. 2. Place the TravelBuddy.exe file and the savedatasettings.txt file in your main game folder. 3. Launch the program by clicking on the file. 4. Press the Engage button to activate the Assistant, the Disengage button to deactivate it, the Exit button to exit the Assistant altogether and the +/- buttons to adjust transparency and/or turn the in-range beeper on and off.
